    Refund/Cancellation Policy:

    All sales are final. Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to all products, services, deposits, bookings, and digital content.

    Fulfillment & Shipping Policy:

    All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 weeks of purchase. If your order includes custom designs, fulfillment will begin after final design approval has been received. We will not move forward with production until the customer confirms design approval. Delays in approval may extend the fulfillment timeframe.

    Delays & Exceptions:

    Please allow for additional time during holidays, sales, or unforeseen shipping carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    Customer Responsibility:

    Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

    Any re-shipping due to an incorrect address will be at the customer's expense.
