Please submit all information when ordering. Adding on information once I begin your order will delay the turnaround time for your order. You will also be charged an additional fee for additional information once I have begun. 
Please note the TAT is 3 weeks once I have received ALL information and images. Once I have finished your order I will send you the design for approval. You have up to TWO FREE REVISIONS. Anything needed to be changed after the 2nd revision will result in additional fees. 
 
Please submit your business colors, and your ideas. If you do not send your ideas I will freestyle your design. An additional fee will also be charged if once I send your design and you decide to change it so please at least send the look you are going for if you would like a specific look

  • Normal TAT 21 BUSINESS DAYS. Weekends not included. You are allowed 2 FREE revisions after I have sent your design. After 2 revisions you will be required to pay $10 per revision.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

All sales are final. Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to all products, services, deposits, bookings, and digital content.

Fulfillment & Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 weeks of purchase. If your order includes custom designs, fulfillment will begin after final design approval has been received. We will not move forward with production until the customer confirms design approval. Delays in approval may extend the fulfillment timeframe.

Delays & Exceptions:

Please allow for additional time during holidays, sales, or unforeseen shipping carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibility:

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Any re-shipping due to an incorrect address will be at the customer's expense.
